If a keyword is tracked, but has not been updated in the last 24 hours, this may mean that the ASIN no longer ranks in this keyword's search results. Please also remember that Scope needs time to gather data, so if you've just began tracking the keyword, you may not see refreshed data yet.

If a keyword is not tracked, Scope will continue to display the last known position in grey. 

After seven days, Scope will display a grey question mark “?” instead. 

It is important to always look at the "Last Refreshed" timestamp in relation to the keyword position to know how accurate the data is.
