Advertising & PPC

1. Campaign health check

Show all my active campaigns for the last 30 days sorted by ACOS (highest first). Include spend, sales, impressions, clicks, and ACOS. Highlight campaigns with ACOS above 40%.

2. Find wasted ad spend

Find search terms where I spent more than $20 in the last 30 days but had zero sales. Group them by campaign and ad group. These are candidates for negative keywords.

3. Top performing keywords

Show my top 25 keywords by total sales for the last 30 days. Include impressions, clicks, spend, ACOS, and conversion rate for each.

4. Keyword harvesting opportunities

Find search terms from the last 30 days that generated at least 2 sales but are NOT currently set up as exact or phrase keywords in any campaign. List them with sales, ACOS, and source campaign.

5. Negative keyword audit

Pull all my negative keywords across all campaigns. Cross-reference with search term performance. Flag any negatives that are blocking search terms that actually converted in the last 90 days.

6. Bid optimization recommendations

For all campaigns, show current average CPC and ACOS. Based on a target ACOS of 25%, recommend which campaigns need bid increases vs. decreases.

7. Ad spend vs. actual profit

For my top 15 advertised ASINs, show ad spend, total revenue (organic + paid), all fees, COGS, and true net profit for the last 30 days. Which ASINs are actually profitable after ad costs?

8. Day-of-week performance

Break down my ad spend, sales, and ACOS by day of the week for the last 90 days. Which days perform best? Should I adjust bids by day?

9. Auto vs. manual campaign comparison

Compare all auto-targeting campaigns vs. manual campaigns for the last 30 days. Show spend, sales, ACOS, and conversion rate for each type.

10. Keyword cannibalization check

Find keywords that appear in more than one campaign. For each duplicate, show campaign, match type, bid, spend, sales, and ACOS. Flag cases where the same keyword performs very differently across campaigns.

11. Search term mining by ASIN

For my top 5 ASINs by revenue, show the search terms driving the most ad sales in the last 30 days. Which search terms are converting best for each product?

12. Budget pacing analysis

Identify campaigns where daily spend consistently hits the daily budget. For those, show their ACOS β€” if ACOS is good, I should increase budget. If ACOS is high, I should lower bids.

13. Portfolio performance summary

Show each portfolio with its total spend, total sales, and ACOS for this month vs. last month. Which portfolios are improving?

14. New-to-brand customer analysis

Using purchased products by keyword data, show what percentage of my ad-driven purchases are from new-to-brand customers. Break this down by my top 10 campaigns.

15. ACOS trend over time

Show my weekly ACOS trend for the last 12 weeks across all campaigns. Is my advertising efficiency improving or getting worse? What changed in the weeks it spiked?

Reviews & Feedback

16. Review gap analysis

For all my active listings, calculate the ratio of reviews to units sold in the last 90 days. Show the 20 ASINs with the lowest review-to-sales ratio β€” these need review request priority.

17. Products with rating problems

Flag any products with a star rating below 4.0. Show current rating, review count, units sold, and revenue. Sort by revenue so I know which ones to fix first.

18. Review rate by product

For my top 20 ASINs by units sold, show: units sold (last 90 days), current review count, star rating, and estimated review rate. Which products are getting reviews and which aren't?

19. High-value orders for follow-up

Pull my top 50 orders by revenue from the last 30 days. High-value customers are more likely to leave detailed reviews β€” these are priority candidates for custom follow-up messages.

20. Top repeat-purchase SKUs

Analyze my order items for the last 180 days. Which SKUs have the highest number of repeat orders (same SKU appearing in multiple separate orders)? Show the top 20 SKUs by repeat order count, along with total units sold and revenue. These high-repeat products are the best candidates for review request campaigns since buyers clearly like the product.

21. Review requests vs. eligible orders

How many orders were placed in the last 30 days? How many have reached the review request eligibility window (5-30 days after delivery)? This tells me the maximum review requests I could be sending.

22. Negative review impact on sales

Pull my product reviews data and cross-reference with sl_daily_sku_profit by ASIN and date. For any ASINs where the star rating dropped in the last 30 days, show daily sales for the 7 days before and 7 days after the rating change. Note: the exact date a review was posted may not align perfectly with when the rating changed on the listing page, so look for the general trend rather than a single-day correlation.

23. Marketplace review comparison

For each connected marketplace, show total orders (last 30 days), review count, and average star rating. Which marketplaces have the weakest review profiles?

Profit & Margins

37. Overstock identification

Using fba_inventory (afn_fulfillable_quantity) and daily sales velocity from sl_daily_sku_profit, find ASINs with more than 180 days of inventory supply. Show current units in stock, daily sales rate, and days of supply. These are tying up capital and may incur long-term storage fees.

38. Inventory health dashboard

Join fba_inventory with sl_daily_sku_profit to calculate days of supply for all ASINs. Bucket them into: critical (under 14 days), low (14-30 days), healthy (30-90 days), and overstock (over 90 days). Show the count and total estimated value in each bucket.

39. Reorder planning

For my top 20 ASINs by revenue, show current FBA stock (afn_fulfillable_quantity), daily sales velocity, and the projected stockout date at the current pace. Tips for Better Prompts

  • Add time ranges: "Last 30 days" or "last 90 days" β€” broader ranges show trends, shorter ranges show current state

  • Set thresholds: "ACOS above 35%" or "margin below 10%" β€” customize to your business targets

  • Ask for comparisons: "This month vs. last month" or "this week vs. same week last year"

  • Chain prompts: Start with #50 (full diagnostic), then drill into the areas that need attention

  • Be specific: "Top 10 ASINs in my US marketplace" works better than "show me my products"
