How many messages am I allotted for Feedback Genius?

As many as you need! With your Pro plan, you have unlimited messages for Feedback Genius! In addition, you will not receive an additional charge for extra marketplaces or for tracking your Products for reviews! 

How many Ignite Managed Campaigns may I use?

The sky is the limit! You are able to have however many Ignite Managed Campaigns you wish with your Pro plan. 

What if my orders exceed the plan I chose?

Pro plans are based off of how many orders you receive on a monthly basis. Should this amount increase or decrease, you will automatically be raised or lowered to the appropriate tier. 

Is there a limit to how many products I can track with Scope?

With a Pro plan, you will experience no limitations with any of our products, so track away! 

I receive more orders than the highest available Pro plan. What do I do?
