Order Volume is determined by how many orders you receive on Amazon.

For our Seller Labs Pro plans, your plan size is determined by your Order Volume and ad spend.  We calculate Order Volume within your 30-day billing period.  For every order, up to 500 in orders, that exceed your plan’s limit you will incur an overage fee on your next invoice.

For example, if you were to have a 10,000 monthly order plan, and you had 10,450 orders in the current month, your subscription overage fee would be an additional $50. For the same plan, if you were to have 10,650 orders you would accrue an additional $100 overage charge. 

If you get close to your plan’s limits during your billing period, we will send you an email warning that you are about to exceed your plan limits so you can adjust your plan as needed. You can monitor your plan’s usage from your Seller Labs Dashboard under the “Plan Utilization” section on your Home Dashboard:
