The Review Automation tool allows you to turn on automatic review requests for all orders on a marketplace by marketplace basis and they are sent directly from Amazon and are always 100% compliant. You can even use them if you have been suspended from sending proactive messages to customers!

Requests are sent from 4 to 30 days after a product is delivered, and the timing can be customized by you! The requests are automatically sent in the recipient’s language and solicits feedback on both the purchased product and the seller.

To turn on our new Review Automation feature, login to your Seller Labs Dashboard. From here, click on your email in the top right hand corner and from the drop down menu click on "Settings". Select the button labeled "Review Automation" and follow the onscreen instructions to start requesting reviews! ​
