Turn on Amazon's Request a Review Automation!

Our system automates what you would normally have to do on an order by order basis using the Request Review button in Seller Central.

The Review Automation tool allows you to turn on automatic review requests for all orders on a marketplace by marketplace basis and they are sent directly from Amazon and are always 100% compliant. You can even use them if you have been suspended from sending proactive messages to customers!

Requests are sent from 5 to 30 days after a product is delivered, and the timing can be customized by you! The requests are automatically sent in the recipient’s language and solicits feedback on both the purchased product and the seller.

If you choose to use this feature, please make sure you pause all of your custom messages for that marketplace!

To turn on our new Review Automation feature, login to your Seller Labs Dashboard. From here, click on Automated Messages in the hamburger menu in the top left corner under Communications. Then, click on Create New Message Strategy. From the Templates page, select the Amazon's 'Request A Review' template:

Once the correct template is selected, click Continue from the bottom right corner of your screen. When you first select this template it will be paused, so be sure to change the Status from Paused to Active, and then you will be able to edit when the message will send.

When you are satisfied with the Send Settings, click Save & Complete in the bottom right corner of the page and you will be all set!

You can confirm that Amazon's 'Request A Review' is active by going to your Automated Messages the title of the message will be Amazon Template Review Request and under Sending Email it will list Sent by Amazon.
