The Review Automation tool allows you to turn on automatic review requests for all orders on a marketplace by marketplace basis and they are sent directly from Amazon and are always 100% compliant. You can even use them if you have been suspended from sending proactive messages to customers!
Requests are sent from 5 to 30 days after a product is delivered, and the timing can be customized by you! The requests are automatically sent in the recipient’s language and solicits feedback on both the purchased product and the seller.
How do I turn on the Request A Review?
Step 1:
Login to your Seller Labs Account
Step 2:
Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner, then hover over Feedback Genius and click on Request A Review
Step 3:
Now that you are on the Request A Review page, all you have to do is to select the checkbox in the Request Reviews Enabled column for the marketplaces you want to send Review Requests:
Step 4:
Once you have turned on the Request a Review, you can update the Days After Delivery by selecting the drop-down:
You can choose between 5 and 30 days after delivery
If you want to see how a request a review template looks like, just push the Preview Message button!
The Notes & Expectations button calls a pop-up that gives you a quick summary of how Request a Review works—what it does, who it helps, and what benefits to expect. It ensures you're informed before activating automation on your orders.
Note: If you choose to use this feature, please make sure you pause all of your custom messages for that marketplace!
Where do I see that the Request A Review have been sending?
You can see sent messages on the Feedback Genius Dashboard as well as on the Sent Messages page
