Whitelisting IP is needed for Generic MySQL and Excel Connectors so the system can get the data from the database.
Also, whitelisting IP addresses for Seller Labs’ Data Hub is important for security reasons. By whitelisting specific IP addresses, only authorized users can access the tool, which helps to prevent unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
To whitelist IP addresses, please log in to your Seller Labs Pro or Data Hub account and select the Data Hub section in the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
On the next page, please click the Manage Whitelist IP button:
A pop-up window will appear. In this window, you can manage whitelisted IPs and as well as add new ones:
On the Add IP Address tab you are welcome to set the title and the IP address itself:
After you add them, please click the Add button! You should be all set now!
* Please be aware that you can add 5 IP addresses maximum at this time!
