Terms of Service
When you create your Seller Labs account, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Service. To view our full terms of service, you can click here.
We currently are only offering refunds for Scope. If you are unsatisfied with your Scope experience and would like to cancel during the first 7 days of your subscription, please don’t hesitate to contact us to request a refund.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you choose to cancel, you will have access to your account for the remainder of the billing period, and your subscription will not renew for the upcoming billing period.
Upgrading Your Subscription
You can upgrade your subscription at any time by going to the Manage Subscription page of your Seller Labs account. Your subscription will be updated within 24 hours and your card will be charged the difference in price, plus the price for the new, upgraded subscription on your next billing period.
Downgrading Your Subscription
You can downgrade your subscription at any time by going to the Manage Subscription page of your Seller Labs account. As with our cancellation policy, you will have access to your previous subscription until the billing period ends. The following billing period will reflect the downgraded subscription price and account.
