You can use the parameters "For Orders Placed Between The Dates" to further specify the qualifying date range for your message to be sent. This is an optional setting that allows you to pick a start and end date range for your message to be sent.
To begin, click on Custom Messages under Communications from your left navigation, then click on the ellipses (3 dots menu) to the right of the message you want to edit.
Select "Edit" and then click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
From the When section, click on "Show Advanced Filters". Here you can find the "For Orders Placed Between The Dates" feature. The date to the right is the start date, and the date to the left is the end date. You can read the dates from right to left as orders placed on or after DATE 1 and orders placed before DATE 2.
Please note: regardless of the dates specified, Feedback Genius can only send messages to orders up to the past 60 days.
For example, if DATE 1 is January 1, 2014, and DATE 2 is December 31, 2099, Feedback Genius would only send this message to all your past customers within the 60 day time frame the Delivery Window allows. This message would not go as far as back January 1, 2014. It would continue to send to current, and future customers unless another end date is selected for DATE 2.
