How do I pause or delete a message?

When a template is no longer needed, pausing a message is simple and can be done directly from your Custom Messages page!

From Custom Messages, under Feedback Genius in the hamburger menu in the top left corner, find the message you want to pause or delete. Where you see the name of that message, go to the far right side of that row under "Status"

To pause a message, click on the drop-down and select "Pause"

To delete a message, click the Delete button.
