From Automated Messages, under Communications in your left navigation, find the message you want to pause or delete. Where you see the name of that message, go to the far right side of that row under "Status".

To pause a message, click on the dropdown and select Pause. 

To delete a message, click the three vertical black dots. From there, click "Delete".
