Should I include the ASIN for the "Parent" or for the "Child"?

When creating product specific messages, insert the child ASIN(s) into your Item Filter to target those particular products.

Since Amazon's system can be inconsistent with providing the parent ASIN information, we recommend using the Child ASIN in your Communication Center Item Filters. Even if the messages could apply to the parent as a whole, please enter each of the Child ASINs for best results.
