Currently, Feedback Genius does not have an optimized way of sending messages to orders that have multiple products from the same seller.
Feedback Genius will essentially pick one of the products on the order at random and send the correct email for that product (whether it be a general template you have set or a product specific template). We are working on functionally that allows Feedback Genius to accommodate multiple products ordered, at once, from the same seller.
