You can change the formatting in your message to all match by using the following instructions:
 1. Click on the message you are trying to edit from the Custom Messages dashboard
 2. Highlight the content you wish to clear the formatting for within the text editor
 3. From the top of the text editor, click on the eraser icon (Clear Formatting button). Clicking this will revert all the text back to being of the same format.
Please keep in mind that if you copy and paste your content from another source, we recommend that you follow these instructions to clear any unnecessary extraneous formatting. You could then click on Save and Send Test Message to receive a test message and verify everything is looking as it should.
