Which mail carriers will the Feedback Genius pull tracking information from?

Feedback Genius imports tracking information from some Mail Carrier API's. Please check if you're using an unsupported carrier.

These are the mail carrier API's we support:

  • UPS (Surepost, UPSMI)

  • USPS (Blue Pkg, Smart Mail, Parcel Pool)

  • Fedex (Fedex Smartpost)

  • DHL

  • Lasership

  • Velocity Express

For these carriers, we use 10 days after the ship date as the estimated delivery date, and we do not support configurable estimates (e.g., 5 days, 7 days, etc.).

We also apply some additional logic for tracking numbers:

  • If a tracking number from an unknown carrier appears similar to a known carrier, we’ll attempt to identify it automatically.
    For example, if a tracking number starts with “1Z”, we’ll check UPS.

  • For carriers not directly supported, our system will trust the Estimated Arrival Date provided by Amazon for FBA orders and assume the package is delivered on that date.
    Estimated Arrival is only supported for FBA Orders.

If your mail carrier is not supported, we recommend setting up your messages to send on the Order Event: “Shipped.”
