Feedback Genius will allow you to email orders from the last 60 days using the "Include Orders in the Past" (Delivery Window) filter. 

We limit to 60 days largely in part to obey the spirit of Amazon's rules about keeping messages relevant to a transaction and preventing accidental or intentional abuse of our system, which may result in your account getting blocked by Amazon.
If you need to follow up on an order older than 60 days, you may personally message those orders using Amazon's messaging system in Seller Central.
