What order events can I send my custom messages on?

Messages can be sent throughout the purchase process; For delivery-based messages, tracking information is required!

You have a few order events to choose from: Shipped, Marked Out For Delivery (mail piece has reached the local mailing facility that is going to deliver the package), Delivered (the package is officially in your customer's hands), and Returned (the package has been checked back into the Amazon facility).

Seller Labs Feedback Genius Custom Message Send Settings

For Marked Out for Delivery and Delivered Feedback Genius will need tracking information. If your orders are FBA, this tracking information is automatically accessible through Amazon's API. For Merchant-Fulfilled orders, we use 10 days after ship date as estimated delivery date and we can’t support configurable estimate i.e. 5 days, 7 days.
