Feedback notifications are sent to notify you of when a customer has left seller feedback. If you opt-in to these notifications, you will receive an email or SMS text notification from Seller Labs when a customer has left feedback.
To opt-in to these notifications, select Settings under Notifications in the left hand navigation. From this Notifications tab scroll down to Seller Feedback Notification, and you can select if you wan to receive notifications by email, text, or both. You can also select the star rating in which to be notified for. For example, if you set this to 4 stars you will be notified when star rating is less than or equal to 4.
The email and phone number these notifications will be sent to can be found on the Account Profile page in the Notification Contact Info section.
