To assign price filters to your message, select the message you would like to edit from the Messages dashboard. From the message editing page, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
On the next page, under the Filters tab, select "Show Advanced Filters". You will find the discount filters under the "Additional Filters" section. These three parameters can be used in conjunction or separately:
Item price is less than (or equal to): Set the the maximum price the item must be purchased for (Defaults to "0" which is N/A)
Item price is greater than (or equal to): Set the minimum price the item must be purchased for (Defaults to "0" which is N/A)
Discount was applied to item: Send the message based on whether or not a discount was applied to the purchase. N/A means not applicable and is the default value. This means that the message will send to a buyer regardless of whether or not a discount was applied. "No" means no discount was applied, and send a message based on a purchase being made without a promo being applied." Yes" means a discount was applied, and send the message based on a promo being applied.
By default, this discount filter is set to "No." If you do not adjust this setting, messages will not send for orders with a discount applied. We have put this filter in place as a way to make sure that sellers do not accidentally violate Amazon's policies on review manipulation and incentivized reviews.
If you choose to send review request messages to discounted orders, please check carefully and make sure that your message is in alignment with Amazon's policies.
