What does the Minimum Condition filter do?

Make sure your messages are targeting New and Used products with the Minimum Condition filter. Find it in the Advanced Filters section.

By default, the Communication Center sends out messages for orders in any condition. You can change this, if you would like, with our advanced filter settings.

To change this setting, start from the Automated Messages tab under Communications in the hamburger menu in the top right corner. From there, click on the title of the message you would like to edit. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page.

From the here, click "Show Advanced Filters" in the bottom left corner of the page. Under the "Additional Filters" section, you will find the Minimum Condition filter.

You can use this filter to specify the Minimum Condition acceptable for your product before your message can send. By default, it is set to N/A, so the system is being told to send the message for any product condition.Β
