Feedback Genius allows you to target all of your products using one message or create messages targeting specific ASINs. If these messages are set using the same order event (i.e. immediately after shipped), only one will send. This is because Feedback Genius will only send one message per order event.
There are two ways this can be resolved:
- Simply change one of the triggers so that the messages go out at different times.
- Take all the ASINs from the product specific message and put them into the "ASIN is NOT" filter of the generic message. However, that would mean that the buyer would not receive the generic message.
