Setting the Approved Sending email in Amazon Seller Central

To ensure your Communication Center messages reach your buyers, you need to add the mailer@feedbackgenius.com email address as the approved sending email in Amazon Seller Central on the Messaging Permissions page:

1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central.

2. In the upper left corner, click the envelope icon:

3. On the next screen, hover on the Messaging Settings tab and choose the Permissions option from the dropdown:

4. On the next page, you will be shown the list of emails addresses of those within your company to whom you have granted access to send emails to the buyers through Buyer-Seller Messaging. To add another authorized email address, click +Add an email address at the bottom of the Email column.

5. On the next step, add the mailer@feedbackgenius.com email address and set the Sending Email status. After it please click the save button!
