Receiving product review and seller feedback notifications keeps you updated on customer experiences, helping you address concerns and improve satisfaction.
You can set up text and email notifications for seller feedback and product reviews.
⚠️ Note: This step does NOT impact the messages you send.
What is the difference between Feedback and Reviews?
Feedback refers to Seller Feedback - the customer's 1-5 star rating of you, the seller.
Product Reviews, on the other hand, are the customer's 1-5 star rating of the product.
Product Reviews can be found on the Product Reviews page and Seller Feedback can be found on this page.
Turning on product reviews and seller feedback notifications
1. Click on Settings under the Notifications in the left navigation.
2. Scroll down to Product Review Notifications and Seller Feedback Notifications and click on Settings to make any edits.
3. Select if you prefer the notifications sent to you by email, text or both.
4. You can also select the start rating in which to be notified by. For example, by selecting 4 stars you will be notified when the star rating is less than or equal to 4.
You can be notified by email and/or text message when you receive Seller Feedback or Product Reviews.
