Negative feedback notifications are sent to notify you of when a customer has left negative seller feedback. If you opt-in to these notifications, you will receive an email or SMS text notification from Feedback Genius when a customer has left neutral or negative feedback score (3 or below).
Feedback Genius only sends you a notification to make you aware of neutral or negative feedback that you have just received. Should you choose to get in contact with your customer, you would have to contact the customer by their buyer email address associated with the Order. You could also use the "From the buyer" feature to respond directly to your buyers feedback, which you can read more about here.
To opt-in to these notifications, click your email address in the upper right hand corner tool bar, and select "Settings" from the drop down menu while logged in. From the "Negative Feedback Notifications" field, you can enter an email address or phone number. By default, these notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your Feedback Genius account.
Click "Save" to keep your changes.
